SITICOM-RN-MT ENSURES NEW RIGHTS TO WORKERS AT SB CONSTRUCTION 05 LTDA
Reaffirming its uncompromising commitment to defending the category's rights, SITICOM-RN-MT held an extremely important meeting directly at the construction site to approve the Collective Labor Agreement signed with the company SB Construção 05 LTDA.
The meeting was attended by the union's legal department, represented by Dr. Vinícius Almeida, as well as the company's lawyers, Dr. Cleiton and Dr. Luiz Aparecido. Also present were the union's president, Vilmar Galvão, and the financial director, Adilson Brígido, who led the discussions with the workers.
After a broad and democratic debate, workers unanimously approved the implementation of benefits that reinforce fundamental rights and improve working conditions, ensuring greater legal security and well-being for the category. The achievements secured include:
